Albert Spataro

FROSTBURG- Albert Richard Spataro, 76, of Frostburg passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Born in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Albert Spataro and the late Florence (Skidmore) Spataro Rizer. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Phoebe (Fadley) Spataro a sister Charmane Powell and a brother William Spataro. Albert was employed at Frostburg State University and the Celanese Corp. He is survived by his wife Angela Maria Spataro, sons, Richard Edward Spataro of Finzel; Daniel Lee Spataro and wife Dixie of Frostburg; daughter, Angelina Katherine Spataro of Finzel; grandchildren, Jessica Spataro, and Destinie Martin, and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers, Michael Spataro, Steve Spataro, Herman Rizer, Bobby Rizer, and James Rizer; sisters Linda Powell, Judy Ownby, Susan Ervin, Clara Mae Powell, and Mary Lou Crouch. At the request of Mr. Spataro, he will be cremated and there will be no services.
