Betty Pearson

FROSTBURG- Betty Mary Ann (Gray) Pearson of the Eckhart apartments, Eckhart, Maryland, daughter of George and Edna Skidmore went to be with Jesus on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Mrs. Pearson is survived by a brother, Thomas Skidmore and wife Alice, daughter Jayne Taylor and her Husband Walter, son-in-law Samuel Sheppard, six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death is her husband William Pearson and the father of her children Ralph E. Gray, and her three children Linda Sheppard, Sharon Stephenson and Ralph Gray. Mrs. Pearson was a long standing member of the Bethel Holiness Church, Lonaconing and she resided at the Egle Nursing Home during her last days. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Monday, June 6, 2016 from 11 to 1 pm with funeral services beginning at 1 pm with Rev. George Loar officiating.
