Charles Edward Blank

Charles Edward Blank, age 77, was born on October 20, 1948, in Frostburg, Maryland. He passed away peacefully at his home on November 22, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, John E.Blank and Hazel E. Blank.

 He is survived by his wife, Brenda Whitehead Blank, who have been together for 26 years, one son, Jeffery T. Blank(Jenn), Christina Kirby (Randy), Jennifer Crowe, very special friend Chad Durst and too many other special friends to mention, his grandchildren, John and Jessica Blank, Emma Durst, Olivia Kirby, Eliah, Jaziah, Ezariah, Lilianah, Makiah, and Isaiah Sanner. his brother Johnny Blank (Dee), sister Terry Bennett,(Bob) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Charlie retired from the State Highway Administration after a long career. He enjoyed gardening, skill pool, golf and vacationing at The Outer Banks in North Carolina. He was a kind soul who will be missed.

He is being cremated per his wishes. A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
