Born in Frostburg on December 15, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Ellen Lee (Brown) Croft.
Debra worked as a secretary for the Department of Defense and the Bechtel Corporation.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick Gardiner, son, Robert Gardiner, and daughters, Christine Coleman and Rebecca Gilpin, and six grandchildren.
Services will be private.
