FROSTBURG- Edward Earl Stepp, 82, of Frostburg passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Goodwill Mennonite Nursing Home in Grantsville. Mr. Stepp's body will be cremated in accordance with his wishes. There will be no services. Sowers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
