Garrett County- Jeremy Paul Skidmore, 34 passed away on January 13,2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born February 22, 1986 he was the son of James Jr. and Maria (Winner) Foye. He is preceded in death by grandparents Fred and Evelyn Winner and James Foye, Sr.
Jeremy was a graduate of Beall High School. He worked for the City of Frostburg for 15 years.
Jeremy lived for football, attending WVU home games, and NFL Sundays on the couch. Jeremy is a true Mountaineer forever.
Private services will be conducted on Tuesday with Father Ed Hendricks officiating.
