Joan Cutter

Joan Marie (Porter) Cutter,81,of Old Legislative Road SW, Frostburg, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at UPMC Western Maryland with her loving husband of 60 years by her side.

Born October 3, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Evelyn (Willison) Porter. Joan was the last surviving member of her family.

Joan was Baptist by faith. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters and she loved them very much.

She is survived by her husband Allen Cutter; her daughter Michelle Unger and husband Mitch of Williamsport; and granddaughters, Leslie Anne Unger and Jackie Adelle Unger.

Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kristin Beeman officiating.

Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
