John B. Morgan, 60, of Frostburg passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at UPMC Western Maryland.
Born July 1, 1965, he was the son of the late Paul Leo Morgan, Sr. and Mary Virginia (Shriver) Morgan. He was also preceded in death by a sister Maggie Ann Morgan.
John served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked at the County Market and Sheetz in Frostburg.
He is survived by Rick Powell, brothers, Paul Leo Morgan, Jr., and Franklin Randall Morgan, and sister, Carol Morgan. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, Bryan Morgan, Vince Ross, Jill Ross, and Melissa Ross.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Frostburg Pool Pavilion on June 20,2026 from 12 to 7 p.m.
