Rawlings- Joseph Edward Richards, 75, passed away at his home on June 29, 2023.
Born August 12, 1947 in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Edward Alvin and Dorothy Virginia (Brown) Richards. He is preceded in death by a son Ronald Richards and two sisters.
Joseph served his country in the U.S. Airforce. He worked for CSX Railroad for 31 years as a yard foreman.
He was a member of the Cresaptown Eagles and the Farrady Post 24 American Legion.
He is survived by a son, Edward Joseph Richards.
In accordance with Mr. Richards wishes, there will be no services.
