Ruth Loar

FROSTBURG- Ruth A. Loar,88, of Frostburg passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Frostburg on January 3, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Harry Anthony and Fannie (Fuller) Anthony. She is preceded in death by her brother Harry "Micky" Anthony. Ruthie was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and she was a homemaker. Ruthie was a kind and loving person and will be missed. She is survived by her husband, Emery V. Loar. In accordance with Ruthie's wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
