FROSTBURG- Thomas Ian DelSignore, 39, of Frostburg, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018. Born October 20, 1979 in Oakland, he was the son of Debra (Sluss) DelSignore and the late Paul DelSignore. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Tosha DelSignore and his sister, Jennifer DelSignore.
Ian was a construction worker and an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.
He is survived by his mother Debra DelSignore, children, Trevor DelSignore and Brynn DelSignore, brothers, Tony DelSignore and wife, Heather of Charles Town, WV; and Jason DelSignore and wife, Lori of Oakland, and grandmother, Madeline Sluss of Frostburg.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
