FROSTBURG-Viola Caroline Blubaugh,89, of Frostburg passed away on Friday, November 20,2020. Born in Eckhart on June 14, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Annie (Loudermilk) Wilt. She was preceded in death by her husband Chester Blubaugh and son Neil Westfall. Viola had worked at Frostburg State University and was a member of Eckhart Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening. Viola was an Avon Representative for 20 years. She is survived by a son Kenneth Blubaugh and wife Margaret, Frostburg; a daughter Deborah Blubaugh. Fort Worth, TX; grandchildren, Dianna Glass, Amanda Blubaugh, Kenneth Blubaugh, Jr., and Thomas Smith; great grandchildren, Felicia Baer, Layla Smith, Thomas Smith, Jr., and Kennneth “Mikey” Blubaugh III. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Monday, November 23, 2020 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. George M. Harpold officiating. Pallbearers will be Ken Willison, John Smith, Steve Knieriem, Ken Schurg, and Jimbo Willison.
